Kiki is now available for training of outside horses.  She is responsible, ethical, patient and caring.  Kiki has an open door policy and you are welcome to check on your horse anytime with no appointment or advanced notification.  Kiki treats all training horses just like her own.  Horses are blanketed and supplemented per your instructions.  Your horse will receive the absolute best possible care and you will receive progress updates as often as you wish.  No one else gets on your horse.  For vets, Kiki uses Ashton Cloninger (a highly respected and well-known racetrack vet) and Bayhill Equine.  The training rate of $700 per month includes board and lessons.  You provide shavings.  All horses must be current in vaccinations and in good health.

Lesson rate is $60 hour on your horse only.  We do not have lesson horses available.

Facility is Park Pacifica Stables and is owned by April Schneider and Matt Farley.  Horses are fed grass hay and alfalfa twice a day.  Owners live on the property and all barns are equipped with sprinkler systems.  Barns are on private property. 

"It is a miracle at what a difference that Kiki made training my 7 year old quarter horse mare "Pages Keepsake." I took her to Kiki to train her for barrel racing because she would often buck around the barrels and would not run in a straight line.
